Are You Our Next Performance Leader?

In 2027, we are looking for individuals who are not afraid of hard work, success, or failure. To join our network in 2027, you must apply for review in 2026 and you may become eligible to contribute your expertise and be mentored by a network member if chosen. Full membership is granted after you contribute to sustainability in that 1 year period.

We assume our members are ready to influence and lead change in their environments, using our core values of humility, teamwork, and partnership as their guide. If you are ready to stop "checking the box" and start seeking and celebrating victories at all levels, we want to hear from you.
